Daniel Suber is a UNCA student who loves working with young people and communities. He is majoring in sociology and is a junior at the college. He enjoys learning about biology and environmental science. He works with Word on the Street, a youth group of Black and Latinx high school and middle school teens who maintain an online magazine as a coordinator. He is interested in volunteering and working in ways that help bring positive change for communities and individuals. He hopes to connect more youth and people of color to environmental through his position with the group, Everybody's Environment and The Center for Diversity Education on and off campus at UNCA. He appreciates the opportunity.
